Huffines Slams Liberal Texas House Leadership

DALLAS, TX, September 18, 2023 — Today, former state senator Don Huffines issued the following statement about the failed impeachment of Attorney General Ken Paxton:
“My former colleagues in the Texas Senate listened to the evidence and clearly understood the charges were false. Justice prevailed.”
Huffines further added:
“As usual, Texas House Republican leadership united with the Democrats to lie to Texans. They must be held accountable.”
